“The Wandering Palate” and Heritage Wines Singapore, organisers of the forthcoming “Burghound in Asia” in Singapore April 7-‐10th 2011, have chosen winesave™ as the official wine preservation system for their celebration of pinot noir and chardonnay.
The four day event to be led by Burghound Allan Meadows, the world’s leading
commentator Pinot Noir and Chardonnay will be a roll call of the world’s leading
producers of these two great varieties with participating wineries from France, USA, New Zealand, Australia, Germany, Austria and Italy.
Curtis Marsh, principal of The Wandering Palate said:

already worked with them on the Ultimate Parker in Asia event of 2010 and the success and

Mr Davies said the level of export interest for winesave™ was very gratifying and based on
current orders, winesave™ will be represented in over 26 countries by the end of this year.
